Shalin laughed softly; she had already figured out that the creature was once human. Once. Not anymore. She stepped out of the shadows and made a short bow in greeting. "He is no creature from the astral plane... he was once a human. Not anymore..." she smiled happily. "I was just... examining... this creature..." she glanced at him again before training her eyes on the mage again. "I see you are of a like mind as I."

It was quite one thing to deal with hideous ugly creatures but another thing entirely to have unknown strangers appear before him and give him useless information, as a magister he could turn that green ball of light at any second into a ball of boiling acid and remove the face from the woman before she could utter another syllable indeed, the thought made him grin for a second Its not very nice to appear infront of people from the shadows, most that do that before me suffer terribly, you wouldnt want that now would you? Akkarin thought of the bands of bilaro spell, iron bands would restrict her and keep her there so she couldnt move just incase she did have the incling to stick a dagger in him, after all many would see Akkarin dead, she could be another one of those harbingers of justice

"I'd rather live in the shadows... I'm not comfortable in the light," she frowned, "and around humans." She secretly planned out exactly what to do incase the mage decided to do something stupid. "Besides," she smiled coldly, "where else can I find something... interesting to sate my curiosity...? A little chaos is in order... I'm bored with all these petty theves who deem themselves so dangerous... pathetic maggots the lot of them," she laughed.

Akkarin looked at the woman infront of him with sheer distaste, he thought it ironic that the woman was talking about pathetic maggots when infact she was one herself, crawling and looking for favour with her words, Akkarin could see she had some scheme in mind, it didnt take much to notice that. The power word went out and Metal began to rip itself from walls and hinges, gates and locks all pulling themself free from whatever tie it was that bound them, indeed they began to twist and shape until three metal bands began to constrict around the rogue like woman. I often find chaos is hard to perform when your appendages cannot move

Shalin acted fast, using her wind walk to turn vaperous, and she was gone with the wind, travelling faster than the air itself. Once she'd gotten far enough away, she transformed back and laughed silently. He didn't disappoint her. Perhaps they would meet again, she mused, disappearing once more into the shadows unseen and unheard.

The creature shifted on his feet, removing the gem from the insides of the bones he'd placed it in. "This?" He flourished the gem, and rolled it between his claws, making clacking sounds as the gem made contact with the bone. "Hmm... well, it's not really like I've got any use for it. So, you could have it." He held the gemstone out infront of him, toward the sorccerer.
His head dropped slightly, casting menacing shadows over the recesses of the bone on his face, the teeth and fangs of the animal's skull and jaw being eerily highlighted. "However..." He began slowly, "You could have it- If I were dishonest- too bad for you however, I'm not. He quickly flicked the gemstone into his open mouth, shifting the rest of his body into a defensive position. He swallowed hard, the bones covering his body appeared to bristle.
"I also won't allow you the first move." He raised both his arms infront of him, the bone claws launching themselves from his arms with terrfying speed. The tendrils of flesh and tendons connected themselves into the gaping, oozing holes left in his arms. He quickly followed it up by lowering himself down into a fortified stance, roaring with rage. The sound of his roar pierced the night, sounding much like the screams of men being tortured slowly to death. The sound that constantly followed him indistincly, only this time... it was enough to cover up most of the background noise there may have been. With the raging scream also, the ground infront of him blasted upward, and foward, forming the face of a giant wolf, with the screams so did the wolf's face twist and contort into a raging howl, the maw of the wolf opening wide, it's earthen fangs bared maliciously. The giant face, twice the height of the creature himself, raced toward the sorccerer.

Hmmm It is a deed a shame you are not dishonest, your funeral however Akkarin stood stoic as the hideous monster belted out some warrior death scream it seemed to akkarin, the creatures body flailing about as it did whatever it did to itself, Akkarin was intrested in that technique, it was unique, should the creatures corpse remain he may find time to disect the body and see what makes this creature tick. However matters were more urgent than the disection of the Creature, the gem had been swallowed, Akkarin new the creature wouldnt ingest it, more likely it would be safely hidden away inside of it. As the earthen wolf maw began to form in front of Akkarin, the wind blegan to pick up around the sorcerer though his robes didnt blow back dramatically rather sat there as stoic as Akkarin. Only as the Wolf's maw began to rush at the sorcerer did something happen. The same power word as before for the bands of Bilaro was chanted, no sooner had the Wolf's maw begun its rush at Akkarin had it utterly ended as metal bands flew from back where the theif was and bound shut the maw of the earthen wolf. The Maw however shut it may be still kept going for Akkarin and flew straight through, Akkarins mirror image was ruined as he now stepped out from the opposite corner where he watched all of the carnage unfold able to direct the mirror images movements accordingly. Hmmm! He mummbled in a nonchalant manner as his arms formed in a great arcaic motion a roaring fireball appeared in his palm, not a normal fireball but one with a violent purple hue, Akkarin sent this dark fireball racing towards the creature, the second one already on the way You will soon regret your decision to withold the gem from me creature, now die as you should

Eliana couldn't listen any longer. She walked up to the pair and scowled at what was going on. Well, here I go again, she groaned inwardly, and sent a vicious nightmare blasting at Akkarin, simultaneously grabbing random items and surrounding the mage with them, using her telekinesis, and suddenly it was as if mountains were moving from the mass of the objects hurtling through the air to surround her victim. She smiled faintly, humming some obscure tune to herself, hands on her hips.

The creature had watched as his large earthen wolf face had sped forward and attacked the apparantly, 'mirror' mage. "Blast... urgh." He jerked slightly, in frustration, and at the same time, he looked forward purposefully, as if reminded of something. His two hooked claws were still flying through the air, since the target was gone, he wouldn't be wrapping them around anything, instead, they would impact with the walls, and dig in... just far enough. They made their impact, and sensing the insuing chaos near him, apparantly caused by the female mage, he pulled himself forward to the wall, by retracting the tendons extending from his arms. The tendons pulled him toward the wall, as the claws were snugly in place. He moved with enough momentum, he shifted his position so that he was crouched, with his feet toward the wall. He hit the wall with an obvious clacking noise, and clung there, keeping the claws in the wall. He shifted attention to the large wolf head, now bound by magical bands, to keep it's mouth shut. As he did so, the wolf's head began to slowly crumble into dirt, falling out of the bands, and back into the ground. He pulled much of the earth back, to cover himself in a dome of solid rock. He'd managed to not get hit by the first fireball, but he wasn't sure about the second, or even if the first had just hit a wall and dispersed.

Fireballs's rained from the palms of Akkarin but a distraction took place objects were coming from an unseen, debris brought itself from buildings prior wrecked from the spells done previously by the mage and the creature, even his mind became unfocused, images of Akkarin on his knees before an ogre, the lowest form of life ever, he even called it master in these horrible images, someone was assulting his mind with some form of spell, Akkarin shut it out. The objects around him seemed to come so far and stop, he was only being surrounded insofar no damage was being done physically but mentally. The images got worse and worse, Akkarin could only let out shrill growls of sheer disgust before breaking out into a violent rage of sheer raw magical energies. Should i find those responsible!..... The thoughts Akkarin shifted into his own vision, rising up before the ogre and pushing it down with a wave of magical force then utterly destorying the low form of life, Akkarin would never fear weakness, no one would ever assult his mind and win, mentally Akkarin was a force to be reckoned with though no psychic he was still in full mental command. A pulsation of raw magical influence ripped out across the immediate area, walls cracked, wood splintered, metal bent under the power of Akkarin, the objects before him utterly shattered leaving debris in its wake upon the floor. Back in full concentration and Akkarin was angered that some lesser would dare attempt such magics upon him, such thoughts were unthinkable to him. Akkarin let more waves of Magical energy pullsate out as to stop any more intrusions whilst he began weaving another spell, soon he would have Balors and Tanari out on the prime material plane, but first he must undo his own planar binding. It would have a few set back, the cowled wizards would more than likely make an appearance and try to apprehend him like many times before, but like many times before they would fall to his might. But for now, vengence must be served!

Eliana remained hidden, thinking hard. Even as the idea formed in her mind she wove Illusions, all sorts of hideous and magical beasts to stampede towards Akkarin, dive from the air, sprout up from the ground, pour out of all the walls and windows. She made it all so real that for a moment she wondered whether it hadn't been an Illusion she wove afterall, but was sure that she had her spellworking correct. She smiled rather savagely - should he try to eliminate these beasts or push them back, she'd woven a little pepper into her soup of overwhelming animals; they would only multiply, and the more real he made them seem in his mind, the more real they would become. Of course, after about half an hour they would all disappear... but it would be hell to any who tried to treat the Illusions as real things. As an afterthought she wove the Illusion that spikes and knives had sprouted up all around Akkarin, so as whenever he would try to step in any direction he would be confronted with pain. Her own waves of magical energy circumfranced Akkarin's, penetrating it here and there to create wild dancing lights of opposite energies colliding. It was obvious that they would be no friends if they ever met. Her energies spread out all across the alley, pressuring everything to do as she willed. And now she willed the walls to move, to close off the mage from both directions. Beads of sweat started to form on her forehead, but she payed it no attention, all her concentration on her magic.
