One of my character greats, coming to Old Kingdom:
Colour code: 94444
General Stats:[/u]
Name:
Halohill
Race:
Human
Gender:
Male
Age:
Unknown, over thousands of years. Powered by his overwhelming magic.
Class:
Dragon Sorcerer
Alignment:
Evil
Personal Stats:[/u]
Body Build:
Tall, fairly muscular.
Distinguishing Features:
He wears a mask, black with an embossed image of an eye spread along the middle. The edges are coiled with bronze markings and in the centre of the mask, in the centre of the eye, a ruby shimmers. (simple drawing pictured all the way below)
Height:
6'2”
Eye Colour:
Unknown
Hair Colour:
Black
Hair Length:
Spiked down to the bottom of his neck
Clothes:
He wears a large black hood that slumps on his shoulders and capes down to his waist. Halohill’s torso is protected by an array of hardened, studded leather and superheated metals. His legs are covered with thick bear hide and his feet protected by small black boots.
Personality:
He does not speak, and cannot speak. Although, he can speak through the power of mind. Because of his lack of normal speech, he does not communicate well, and does not seek relationships. Another outlaw.
History:
The Halohill Mages sought to create a perfect being, one which could fight with the dexterity of Dragons, but have the mind to debate and rage war, one of Humans.
These mages had been working for millennia, until one day... The high mage, Krace, was able to merge the powers of the two races into one, beautiful being. The other mages where angered that they did not have his sort of power. They where also disgusted at the fact that the being was female. They fought Krace for his powers, and soon he was at the edge of his life, they drained his remaining magic, killing him. One of the lesser mages however was quite fond of Krace, and was given his last words, "...teach Felix the powers of the moving winds..." The other mages then banished the unfinished work of Krace's, known as Felix and the lesser mage, Kartha, that had befriended Krace to the Human world. They then tried to master the power that they had torn from the higher mage's battered body.
Centuries later, the mages were still unaware that the power that they extracted from Krace was only unlock able through either Krace himself...or his daughter, Felix. She wondered the land and met a wanderer in the forests surrounding the Halohill Mountains. This wanderer was Kartha and taught her the powers of Telekinesis (the moving winds) and gave her a strange arm piece known as the Dragons Bracer. But then, one day, Felix found Kartha lying in a bed of dying flowers, pounded with arrows. Of course, Felix believed that he had long deceased and so escaped from the forest to begin her vexed rampage. Kartha however, was actually very much alive. He had pretended to be dead, so that Felix could have a reason to be the powerful being Krace had dreamed of. He dispelled the illusion of arrows in his body, and began his quest to seek stronger magic’s, and to become one of the strongest sorcerers of the land.
Over a few hundred years, he had taught himself many of the dark arts, much of them being dragon magic. He used some of these powers to call upon a wyvern, although he underestimated his skill, and instead, he summoned a young Fire Dragon. This dragon befriended him from the beginning; it had lost its mother not long before, and replaced her with this new found friend of dragons.
With a new pet, came newer skills. Using a live dragon as his insight into their abilities, he was able to conjure up far more powerful skills. Many of these, that he thought he could use to seek his revenge on the Halohill mages. He returned to the mountains, and found the cavern in which they worked. He saw them still working on the powers that Kartha had left behind. One night, he set loose his now adult dragon upon them, and using a magic seal, he was able to stop them from counteracting its power. They where all killed. He named his dragon after his previous elder, Krace. And he renamed himself after the late guild, Halohill. He also found Krace’s old belongings in the deeper parts of the dwelling. Placing Krace’s mask on his face, he became who he is today. Halohill.
Battle Stats:[/u]
Class Description:
He has a kenetic link with all dragons, from Wyrms to Great Chaos Drakes, of course, the link is larger or smaller with different species. His strongest link is with Red Dragons, and his "pet", Krace.
Character Strengths:
He journeys with a Fire Dragon and has amazing magic abilities.
Character Flaws:
He cannot speak out loud. He cannot see very well through the mask, and so must use his psychic powers instead. Holy magic’s are a problem for him, as it is well known that good can overcome evil in head to head.
His dragon, Krace, had not fully developed because of its lack of being in the wild. Instead, it has grown to be the size of any juvanile dragon, and therefor not as powerful as an ordinary adult. On the upper hand however, this makes it easier for the creature to fly, easier to ride, easier to tame and gives it superior agility.
Armour:
As above, his torso is protected by an array of hardened, studded leather and superheated metals. His legs are covered with thick bear hide and his feet protected by small black boots.
Weapons:
Name: Daroldal
Description: It is a long staff, pointed with a small, single edged, blade.
Power: The stave is made of oak and can cause serious bruising to open flesh; the blade is fairly sharp and could slice through most leather armour.
Accessories:
None
Spells:
Telekinesis
The user can move objects with his mind, the forces are unnoticeable by the naked eye.
Charged objects (eg. made lighter by magic) and light objects (eg. crates) can be moved.
------------------------------
Mind Control
The user can control the minds of the weak.
Weak minds include children, poorly fed creatures and animals. Halohill becomes very weak once he has controlled a child or such for a long period of time.
------------------------------
Mind Reading
The user can listen to the thoughts of unprotected Humans and Human-like creatures (eg. Halflings)
Powerful mages cannot be read.
------------------------------
Mind Blast
Using a large amount of power, Halohill has learnt to centre all of his kinetic energy into one potent surge to the victims head.
The opponent is given a blast of pure pain to their brain, for weaker creatures, this can prove fatal, rupturing their life force and causing instant death.
------------------------------
Magic Seal
Halohill has the ability to create an aura around him in which no magic can be used. (including his own.)
------------------------------
Dragon Breath
Bringing his arm forwards, a large burst of flames in the shape of a dragons roaring head blasts at the opponent.
This caused serious burn wounds that can, if concentrated for long enough, melt weaker metal armour.
------------------------------
Incendiary Bolt
A bolt of flame that explodes on impact and is highly flammable.
------------------------------
Fissure
Halohill can erupt the ground under his enemies very feet, jetting them with searing molten flame.
Again, this can cause serious burning
------------------------------
Dimension Lock
Blocks interdimentional travel.
------------------------------
True Sight
Halohill is able to see everything as it really is, piercing magical fields.
------------------------------
Fire Wall
A blazing wall of flame sprouts from the ground, protecting Halohill from attacks.
Arrows and bolts are burnt to a crisp even before they reach the other side of the wall
------------------------------
Fire Spear
Imbues Halohill’s Daroldal so that its point is coated in flame.
------------------------------
Summon Fire Elemental
Halohill can summon the essence of fire itself from a fire elemental warrior.
------------------------------
Shadow Canopy
Creates shield of darkness around you that nobody can see through and light cannot penetrate.
------------------------------
Double Image
Creates a reflective image of Halohill that is directed anywhere in range. No noticeable difference is seen with the naked eye from the real Halohill.
------------------------------
Lesser Illusion
Halohill can create a minor illusion, for example, pretending to have arrows stabbed into him and blood running down his back..
